It is a Yoda lunchbox showing him in three light saber poses in 2002.  It comes right out of the Thermos brand packing box. It comes with a plain black top with white bottom sippy bottle that says thermos on the top. It is made of a minty shade of green plastic with a paper sticker litho of yoda with the title Star Wars Yoda 2002 Lucasfilm below. It is in good shiney shape but it has funny discoloration marks in the plastic on the back/some on the sides on close inspection see picture below the description, however I took it straight out of the thermos company packing box.  It is new old stock.
