I believe it is an Army Coat, but I have no confirmation, I bought the uniform in Moscow in 1991 , the medals are authentic. The size is about a 38 to 40 regular, It is made of wool, and it is really heavy, it has no tears , and is clean but I never had it dry cleanned, It has been kept in a closet in a plastic suit cover. I have no idea of the meaning of the medals, The large medal is numbered on the reverse side, with the red star.
