To begin with the table surface in not close-up pad material that can wear out and get grubby, if you had to replace this surface you could do it with outdoor carpeting , it is soft and it gives but it is more like a green type strong outdoor carpet material.  It is washable.  This demo table is also in like mint condition having never been used  to perform anything.  This demo table was in the Magic shop of a very well known Theme park in Orlando (Need I say More), on display but again never used. You will notice that the surface is green material is velcroed to the platform, I have put into the closeup table top two very powerful rare earth 50 lb pull rare earth PK magnets, one on the left, and one on the right (Retail value 75.00 each).  I have also included two PK rings to go with the table.  Also included is the  Psychokinetic bolt electronic unit, (Center left retail between 130.00 and 140.00),  With this electronic device acitivated ant your command, a screw and nut will unscrew from each other visibility on the surface of the green table top.  You will receive the special screw and bolt for this trick which is by the way is totally examinable.  Also, and finally the Piece de resistance of this fabulous table top  is the Midas gimmick that has been installed left panel top  the midas gimmick for those uninformed is a piece of gadgetry that allows you to devine the contents of any metal objects in envelopes or in a closed hand (think of the possibilities) The Midas gimmick unit retails for around 695.00 from the magic dealers on the internet.   Imagine: a spectator places a coin into either hand, holds his fists out in front of him over the table top and you know which hand holds the coin instantly!  Imagine: you give a spectator the chance to win a $50.00 bill with the odds in his favor. You place the bill into one of two envelopes and have the spectator mix the envelopes under the table.
