Serial number is 75423. Another Number says K-47498. The base has three speed settings high medium low. There is some wiring attached but it is in the base itself and I cannot test this. Also the back plate has been damaged as seen in photo back plate needs to be repaired. Visually a great looking heavy duty fan.
