Age unknown, maybe 30s or 40s - maybe even older. Still runs very well and moderately quietly. The fan does not seem to oscillate anymore. Fan tilts up or down. Paint color is green and has mostly worn off, it needs to be repainted. Electrical wire is in good condition, plug is original. Overall, exterior condition is poor. Some elbow grease, new paint and a little TLC, it could be restored. This is a perfect addition to any vintage or antique fan collection. Be careful - fan cage is open and should not be operated around children. All parts are metal, even the fan blades and base seems to be cast iron. Weighs 11.5 lbs. Stands approx 16" tall. Fan blades measure 12" and the fan cage is about 13.5" The center of the fan reads: "55 W. 105-120V 60 CYC. A.C. ONLY" WIZARD DELUXE "Western Auto Supply Co." All parts are metal except for the four composite blades, weighs almost 7 lbs. Stands approx 14" tall, tilts up to 16".
